“I have been attending Pilates classes with Kiki for several months and noticed improvement in strength and flexibility almost immediately. Kiki has a very flexible schedule and although my time only permits me to attend twice per week, I try never to miss a class. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to build flexibility, muscle strength and endurance.”

“I suffered from shoulder pain and stiffness for several years and now I am able to move both arms freely. Kiki's knowledge of physical therapy is a great asset as is her motivational technique and positive attitude.”

When I came to COR 2 years ago, I was in a bad state. Bulging discs and arthritis had affected my active lifestyle to the point I was in constant pain. Six months of PT did nothing for me so I tried Pilates. Within 30 days, I was no longer limping, sleeping on my floor, or in pain. An added benefit was the physical change. I'm coming 4 times a week and never felt (or looked) better!

“My experience training with Kiki has been nothing less than exceptional. I suffer from severe scoliosis. Kiki has managed to maintain a healthy balance of rehab and stretching while still increasing my strength and flexibility. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.” Thank you Kiki.

“I started going to Kiki with a hip injury that was causing a great deal of pain. I am now able to work out and play golf without a second thought to hip pain. Kiki is very knowledgeable about muscles, joints and the rehabilitation process.”

Kiki is able to accommodate all of my clients needs where I cannot - to keep them moving, to keep them healthy, to keep them happy.”
