Kiki Cordero

Kiki’s passion for Pilates began back in 2001 after almost 15yrs of sprains, dislocations and surgeries, due to sports injuries. She wanted to find a workout that helped make her stronger and leaner without aggravating lingering injuries. She began taking private Pilates classes in Atlanta and continued in every city she moved to from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and here in Scottsdale.

With an amazing result physically and mentally, she decided that dedicating her life to helping others realize the magic of Pilates was what she wanted to do. Kiki specializes in Pilates Sports Rehabilitation with special emphasis on low back, shoulder, hip, cervical spine, foot, hip, and knee injuries. She is certified through Balanced Body University; and take continuing education courses annually through the Pilates Method Alliance.
