Balateez is a low impact method of body conditioning which sculpts the body by combining Pilates Mat principles and Ballet Techniques at the Barre. It enables the body too achieve optimal strength and ease of movement, mobilizes the joints, articulates the spine and increases range of motion, balance and coordination. Balateez is perfect for those who desire to achieve the look, strength, flexibility, and aesthetic appeal of a graceful dancer’s physique, as well as improve the body’s ability to achieve optimal results for any sport or practice. Balateez allows one’s sense of grace through movement to emerge, improves upon one’s athletic strength and agility, lengthens and tones the muscles, and increases the body’s resilience and ability to fight against injury.
At COR we offer more than 25 classes a week with something for everyone!
Along with personal instruction, each week we offer more than 25 classes from Pilates to TRX, Balateeze to Barre. Some classes are prefromed with equipment and some without (matwork or floor classes). In addition, we schedule mini-workshops throughout the year based on our client’s areas of interest, ranging from “Love Meditation Series” to “COR Sweat” to “Raising the Barre”–and lots more.
